Searching out and purchasing a house without being in Naples would have been a challenge without the help of Regine who was wonderful.Regine and I were in touch by email for almost a year before that "right house" came along. As this was a "long distance" transaction I was very relieved that I had built up a trust relationship with her and that proved out even to arranging and meeting several tradespeople to ready the house prior to possession.
